The DOLFI Fraise des Bois liqueur joined the great PAGES VEDRENNE family last June.

Famous since 1919 for its delicate flavour composed of several different strawberries varieties, DOLFI Fraise des Bois has been elected by barmen all over the world.

Printemps des Liqueurs (“Liqueurs in Springtime”) on 13 May 2006
For the second consecutive year, the Pagès Distillery has opened its doors to the public on 13 May, on the occasion of the Printemps des Liqueurs event organized by the Syndicat Français des Liqueurs, the French liqueurs association.
So that you could fully enjoy this event, we organized a special welcome for you!
Free admission for the guided tour: discovery of the liqueur-maker's profession -
the five senses could all have their say.

The Pagès Distillery's grand return to the Show, to the greatest pleasure of visitors from the Auvergne region and newcomers, surprised to discover products with such unique and powerful flavours.

A first Michelin star for François Gagnaire !

The newspaper “L’Eveil” of 24 February 2006:  “It’s official, Ponot Chef François Gagnaire has got his first Michelin Guide star. He thus becomes a member of the very closed circle of starred Haute-Loire region chefs, along with Régis Marcon and Philippe Brun-Cacaud...as for the second star, François Gagnaire is not even thinking about that yet: “We first have to hold onto the first one and keep making progress. And then I think about Bernard Loiseau, you have to keep your calm.”
