A regional before-dinner drink based on dark bitter and other varieties of cherry. A perfect harmony of fruit, Peruvian bark and bitter almonds. Known the world over for its famous green devil.

Gentiane d'Auvergne (16°, 100cl)
The bittersweet taste of gentian. To be tasted on its own, over ice, with tonic or blackcurrant crème de cassis.
Chestnut Liqueur (25°, 70/50cl)
